Vienna and SSL
Vienna refused to access a blog on a website that required https: access and had a self-signed certificate. Here is how I fixed it:
- Quit Vienna.
- Browse to the site with a fresh instance of Safari such that it pops up a dialog asking you to accept the certificate.
- Drag the certificate icon from the dialog to your desktop.
- Cancel the dialog.
- Double click the certificate file on your desktop.
- This should open the Keychain Access program and ask if you want to add the certificate as trusted.
- Select appropriate trust levels and add certificate to your Login keychain.
- Restart Vienna.
